About Us:
Marceau Toronto is a young and stylish fashion boutique specializing in trendy workwear. We cater to women aged 20 to 40 who deliberately choose clothing that reflects their strength and style. To expand our creative team, we are looking for a designer who can take our visual identity to the next level.
What are you going to do?
- Design of attractive graphic elements for our online store, such as banners, product visuals and sliders.
- Creation of visual content for social media, advertisements and newsletters.
- Consider the brand image and the design of the user experience.
- Collaborating with the marketing team on creative concepts.
- Ensure consistency of visual identity, both online and offline.
What do you bring?
- A comprehensive training in graphic design or equivalent.
- At least 2 years of experience as a graphic designer (preferably in the fashion/e-commerce field).
- Experience with Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign).
- Creativity, sense of colours, typography and style.
- Experience in design for Instagram, online stores, and emails.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- A portfolio showcasing your best work (required).

What are you going to do?
- Welcoming customers and giving them personalized style advice.
- Helps find the right size, the right cut and the right look.
- Ensure a neat and inspiring presentation of the store.
- Answering customer questions in store or by phone.
- Restocking and unpacking of new collections.
- Working with the cash register and ensuring the smooth running of the payment process.
What do you bring?
- At least 1 year of experience in retail (preferably in fashion).
- Affinity for women's fashion and a sense of style.
- Fluid communication and a service-oriented attitude.
- Flexibility (also available on weekends).
- Team spirit, resilience to stress and attention to detail.
What do we propose?
- Part-time or full-time position (16 to 40 hours per week).
- Salary between €12 and €14 gross per hour, depending on experience.
